Scaling luxury entertainment for high-volume corporate events in Houston.
Hunton Group is one of those Houston companies that keeps the city running. They're big in the HVAC and industrial space, which means they employ a whole lot of hardworking people who deserve an epic holiday celebration. And when we say epic, we mean 800 guests epic.
That's not your average office party. That's a full-scale production.
Here's the thing about hosting 800 people: if you don't have a solid game plan, things get messy fast. Long lines. Bottlenecks. Guests standing around waiting instead of mixing, mingling, and actually enjoying themselves.
Hunton Group had a clear vision for both years: they wanted their team to be able to move freely through multiple high-energy activations without feeling like they were stuck in a theme park queue. They wanted the experience, not the wait.
Our job? Make sure every single guest got their moment in front of the camera—whether it was a 360 video, a traditional photo booth, or a Roamer shot—without sacrificing flow or fun.
The first year, Hunton Group went all-in on a Vegas-themed holiday party. Think casino vibes, high-roller energy, and plenty of glitz.
Custom casino-themed backdrop—because if you're doing Vegas, you gotta do it right
Keeping the energy moving throughout the venue
Custom roulette wheel intro video—we really flexed
That roulette wheel intro wasn't just a stock animation. We custom-designed a motion graphic that showed a spinning roulette wheel, complete with the ball bouncing around, before it landed on a number and transitioned seamlessly into the guest's 360 video.
It was chef's kiss levels of detail, and guests absolutely lost their minds over it.
To handle the volume, we staffed each activation with four team members. That's 12 people total working the floor, managing lines, troubleshooting tech, and making sure every guest got their content delivered fast.
When you're dealing with 800 people, speed matters. But so does quality. Our team made sure both happened.
When Hunton Group came back for Year 2, they wanted something completely different: an Enchanted Forest theme. Think moody lighting, mystical vibes, and a little less "neon casino" and a lot more "winter wonderland magic."
After analyzing the flow from Year 1, we made a strategic pivot. Instead of bringing back the Roamers, we swapped them out for a second stationary photo booth. Why? Because while the Roamers were great for keeping things mobile, the venue layout for Year 2 was tighter. Guests were already moving between multiple stations (food, drinks, entertainment), and adding roaming photographers into the mix would have created congestion.
By going with two stationary booths and keeping the 360 booth as the centerpiece, we gave guests more intentional photo experiences. They could grab a group, head to a booth, and get their content without feeling rushed or crowded.
It was a smarter layout for the space, and it worked beautifully.
Both years, our setup allowed guests to flow naturally between activations. No one felt like they had to "commit" to standing in one line for 20 minutes. If the 360 booth had a queue, they could hit a photo booth first, grab a drink, and circle back.
That's the magic of multi-activation setups: they create options. And when you're managing 800 people, options are everything.
People raved about the quality of the content. They loved the custom graphics. They loved how quickly they could get through the lines. And most importantly, they loved that they got to experience the party instead of waiting in it.
The ultimate proof that we crushed it: Hunton Group booked us for Year 3 before Year 2 even ended. That's not just a happy client—that's a partner. And that's what we're here for.
